Hi there! I’m Sandra Moeggenberg, the heart behind The Seamless VA.

I founded this business because I’ve always believed that the right support at the right time changes everything. I learned that first as a birth and postpartum doula. Showing up for people in one of the most overwhelming, transformational seasons of their lives taught me that what people need most isn't someone to just take over; it's someone to guide them through the chaos with steady, intuitive support.

That is exactly what I bring to the table for your business.

Born and raised in sunny California, I eventually made the move to Colorado with my husband (my absolute favorite person) and our five incredible kids. They keep me grounded, constantly on my toes, and serve as a daily reminder of why building a sustainable, flexible life matters so much.

The Career Behind the Doula

Before helping entrepreneurs breathe easier, I spent my career managing moving parts, projects, and advertising for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. My background includes corporate operations and media coordination for powerhouses like MTV Networks, 20th Century Fox, EMI Music, Capitol Records, and Universal Music, as well as advertising campaigns for Apple, Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks, Toyota, and Ford Motor Company.

Across entertainment, legal, media, tech, and startups, I’ve always been the person who fixes the broken processes, organizes the workflows, and listens closely to what a business actually needs to thrive.

My ability to hear what’s not being said has become my greatest strength. I’ve managed massive moving parts for global giants, which means there is no operational knot, chaotic launch, or tech confusion your business can throw at me that I haven't successfully untangled before.
