Please Note: All ongoing hourly structures require a 2-hour minimum to ensure that I provide the dedicated attention and results your business deserves.

Ongoing Hourly Support

Virtual Assistant — $40 per hour
- Focused entirely on task execution and daily administration. This tier covers general inbox cleanup, basic data maintenance, calendar scheduling, spreadsheet updates, routine operational tasks, and basic social media execution (scheduling pre-written posts, uploading graphics, and basic comment monitoring).
  - Please note: This tier is strictly for executing established workflows and does not include strategy, content creation, system design, or team management.

Customer Success & CRM Management — $50 per hour
- Focused on protecting and nurturing your client relationships. This tier covers front-facing client communication, onboarding new accounts, resolving customer support tickets, and managing your client pipeline inside your CRM. It also includes active social media audience engagement (responding to DMs/comments) and drafting social media post copy, provided the client supplies the core topics, ideas, and rough bullet points.
  - Please note: This tier does not include high-level operational strategy, original content creation/research, or cross-functional project management.

Online Business Manager (OBM) — $75 per hour
- Focused on operational leadership and system management. This tier is for business owners ready to hand over the day-to-day operations. It covers building and optimizing backend systems, auditing tech stacks, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing tools, metrics, and contractors to keep the business running smoothly.
  - Please note: This tier is focused on operational management and strategy; it does not include front-facing customer service, technical software development, or original content creation/copywriting.

Project Manager & Certified Scrum Master — $75 per hour
- Focused on strategic execution and project delivery. This tier applies Agile frameworks and professional Scrum methodologies to complex timelines. Perfect for launch management, cross-functional team coordination, breaking down big goals into manageable sprints, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
